A new professionally built website
- One WordPress/Divi business website on one domain, with up to five core pages: Home, About, Services, a second service or FAQ page, and Contact.
- Professional design tailored to your branding, responsive desktop/tablet/mobile layouts, clear navigation and calls to action, one contact form, click-to-call links, and launch checks.
- Two consolidated revision rounds before launch. You provide your business information, logo, approved text and images; we organize and format that content for the site.
- The build starts after onboarding and receipt of the required content and access. The delivery schedule is agreed at onboarding.
Built in WordPress, with room to grow
Your website starts with the five-page scope above and can expand as your business grows. WordPress supports additional service pages, content, booking tools, online selling and integrations when needed. New features are reviewed for compatibility and quoted separately when outside your included scope.
Continuous Website Growth & Weekly Reporting
- Hosting, backups and security: managed website hosting, SSL, daily backups, routine WordPress/theme/plugin updates, security monitoring and maintenance.
- Website Updates & Enhancements: ongoing improvements to existing page content, layouts, calls to action and usability, guided by a prioritized improvement plan. Larger new features or a separate rebuild require a separate approved scope.
- On-page and technical SEO: page titles and descriptions, headings, internal links, image optimization, sitemap/indexing checks, broken-link fixes and website performance improvements.
- Weekly Growth Report — verified performance and completed work: a report every week while the Growth subscription is active, showing available traffic, search visibility, inquiries/conversions, and website performance, plus a dated log of work actually completed with affected page links and supporting screenshots or checks where applicable. Upcoming priorities and planned work are labeled separately. Missing data and weeks with no completed changes are stated clearly; results are never invented. Analytics/Search Console access and conversion tracking are connected during onboarding with your authorization.

Billing, cancellation and optional downgrade
$99 is charged at checkout and automatically each month thereafter until cancelled. There is no setup fee and no minimum 12-month commitment. Cancel anytime through My Account or by contacting Local’s Choice before your next renewal to stop future billing.
After 12 months from the subscription start date, you are eligible to request a downgrade to the $35/month hosting-only plan. Contact Local’s Choice to arrange the change for your next renewal. It is optional and is not an automatic switch. Your completed website stays online under the hosting-only plan. Hosting-only removes Growth enhancements, SEO work and weekly Growth reporting. No downgrade or future subscription change is charged without your authorization.
Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Domain registration, business email, paid third-party licenses, ecommerce/custom integrations, additional pages, original photography, logo design, advertising spend/management, printing and mailing are separate unless expressly included in an approved scope. Other services are separate optional purchases and are never automatically added.
