Does Website Growth include a new website?
Yes. The $149 Website Growth plan and packages that include it provide one professionally designed business website on one domain, with up to five core pages, one contact form, responsive layouts and two consolidated revision rounds. We recommend WordPress for its flexibility and room to expand, but we can build on the platform of your choice. We agree on the platform and project scope with you before work begins. You provide business information, approved text, logo and images. Build timing is agreed during onboarding. Larger sites, ecommerce and custom integrations require a separate approved scope. Website Essentials and Website Care support an existing website.
How are updates different from SEO and strategy?
Updates keep your website’s information current. Growth enhancements improve usability, content and calls to action. On-page and technical SEO address how search engines understand and access your site. Strategy Sessions help you review performance and choose priorities. Search rankings, sales and lead volumes are not guaranteed.
What does the AI allowance include?
Growth + AI includes up to 100 AI-assisted conversations per website per monthly billing cycle. A conversation can contain several messages; a new conversation after 15 minutes of inactivity may count again. This allowance does not mean 100 sales or qualified leads. Higher usage requires an approved plan upgrade; additional charges are not added automatically. AI uses approved business information and offers human handoff. Custom quoting, authenticated customer records and other business integrations require a separately agreed scope.
How often will I receive a report?
Website Essentials includes a Quarterly Website Health Report. Website Care includes a Monthly Website Performance Report. Website Growth, Growth + Strategy and Growth Partner include a Weekly Growth Report. Growth + AI includes weekly website and AI activity reporting with a more detailed monthly conversation review. Strategy packages also include written meeting summaries and action items.
What happens to my current hosting subscription?
Existing clients keep their current hosting plan and billing unless they request and authorize a change. Updating these public packages does not change an existing subscription. Contact Local’s Choice if you would like to review your options.
What is billed separately?
Monthly package prices cover the services listed. Domain registration, business email, paid third-party licenses outside the included scope, advertising spend, printing, mailing, additional pages and custom integrations are separate unless expressly included in your approved scope. We confirm service scope and subscription terms before you subscribe.
